Birthday presents

For my birthday, I got a digital camera so now I can take photos of anything and everything... like mummy driving in the car! I also got a Batman LeapPad book from my Grandma and Grandad in England.

Piano lessons

I've started piano lessons again with Miss Mara. It's a fun as I have a couple of friends in the class. What is not so fun is practising!

My birthday

On my birthday, we went out to a Japanese restaurant which has a 'sushi train'. The food comes to you on a conveyor belt and you just pick up whatever you want to eat. My dad surprised me by putting my birthday cake on the train!

My birthday is just after Valentines' Day when you tell someone you love them, and just before my Grandma in England's birthday. Also, I have a new cousin called Jasmine who was born just before Valentines' Day. The funny thing is, I also have a cousin in England called Jasmine who goes to St Marys!

My great grandad

My great grandfather is 93 years old. His birthday is around the same time as mine. We had a party for him. He has four great grandchildren: Brendan (in the blue shirt) and Mitchell (in the orange vest). I was the youngest great grandchild for nearly five years, until young Nathan arrived last October.

Stuff I do after school

One day after school, mummy let me do a chalk drawing on our driveway. I did a drawing of Bart Simpson on a skateboard.

Chinese New Year

Last weekend was Chinese New Year. Sydney had a big parade down George St. I went in it with my Great Uncle Kevin and sat on his shoulders in my Chinese Lion costume. There were lots of people.

My first day at school (in Australia)

I have a new school uniform, very different from the one I wore at St Mary's! I have to wear a hat when I play outside and we sit in the shade to eat our lunch. I get to wear shorts every day (like my friend Fredy in England).

Australia Day

On 26 January, we have Australia Day to remember when people from England first came here. There are fireworks at Darling Harbour and lots of fun stuff to do.
