We went to Vivid Sydney again this year, the annual festival of light.
This time, they let up a whole street of buildings with projections onto the walls. The projections made the Sydney Opera House look like the sails were moving, but it also made the buildings come alive with colour while telling us the history of the building and the era when it was built (during the early days of colonial settlement).
This blog is for my family and friends overseas to keep up to date with my life in Australia. Feel free to post comments - I would love to hear from you. You can email me at harvey@digimatter.com

Crazy hat & sunglasses day
Happy birthday, Buddha
Buddha's birthday is to Buddhists what Christmas Day is to Christians. So every year, there is a big festival in Darling Harbour with vegetarian food stalls, gardens of peace and group meditation. .jpg)
This year, I went with my mum on Mother's Day, and helped her carry bags like a gentleman and a good Buddhist.
