School captain for 2012

I could not believe it...

...Australian Idol winner Stan Walker was performing at a shopping centre that mum and I went to. I got to get his autograph and have a picture taken with him.

And boy, can he sing!

Cockatoo Island 2011

Here are me and my Mother's Group mates. We go "overseas" every year and meet up at Cockatoo Island to camp out for a night.

This year, they had a new swimming area at the island, which we tried out.

They also had a street art festival on while we were there.





They also had skateboard ramps that you could skate on while you were watching the street art. But the best bit was the XBox section, where they had a whole bank of Xboxes and screens where you can play XBox Kinect. It was open until 10 o'clock at night!

Dance concert

I forgot to write about my dance school concert, where I was in two tap numbers.

This is backstage at the theatre and me getting ready for the senior tap routine.
For the junior tap number, I had to dress as a pilot.

Real Steel

Back in the school holidays, I saw the movie Real Steel at the iMax cinema, which has a HUGE screen. It made the robots seem larger than life.
